Service Description
This Acne Program uses a holistic approach to clearing your acne, by targeting current breakouts while preventing the formation of new lesions from forming to keep your skin clear. The program combines the power of clinical-grade products that are customized for your type/grade of acne, with a series of bi-weekly or monthly treatments. Getting Started We'll start with an initial Acne Program Consultation which includes an in-depth skin assessment and consultation to go over your skin goals and curate a regimen that's specifically tailored to you and your skin. Be prepared to chat about your lifestyle, environment, diet, stress, medications, supplements, cosmetics and more. What to Expect During Your Treatments Throughout the program, you'll have ongoing check-ins and treatments to assess your progress and make adjustments to your routine. At your bi-weekly appointments we will adjust your home care routine and you will receive an acne treatment consisting of a deep cleanse, thorough extractions, either an enzyme exfoliation or light peel, finishing serums and SPF. If virtual, the check-in appointments will not consist of treatments but your routine will still be adjusted. The cost of virtual check-in appointments is $40/appointment. The Treatment Continues At Home Your customized routine will consist of a Mixi & Glymed product regimen that must be used consistently every morning and night. Following the proper home care and implementing suggested lifestyle adjustments is crucial in achieving and maintaining clear skin. Whether virtual or in person, products will be purchased separately at your first appointment and you will begin using them immediately after. Expect to spend around $250-$300 for your first lineup of products, which is paid for separately from the cost of the initial consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and reschedules made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time are considered late cancellations and will result in a charge of 50% of your booked service. Last minute cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will be charged 100% of the booked service. Please call or text to notify for any rescheduling needs. No-call no-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the original booked service price. This amount cannot be applied toward any future services. ​ ​You will not be able to book your next appointment until the cancellation &/or the/no-show fee is paid in full. All charges will be applied to the card placed on file at the time of booking. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid. A client with 3 or more late cancellations within the span of 6 months will be terminated from booking future appointments at Skin Image Studio. ​Any deposits made for virtual or in person appointments are non- refundable. Fees cannot be applied toward any future services as it is compensation for the time originally reserved on the schedule. Please call/text to notify Krys in the event that you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment if the majority of your service can not be completed within the allotted time. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 100% of the missed service. If your service is still able to be completed, your treatment time will be shortened and we will complete as much as the service possible with the time remaining. The full price of all original booked service(s) still apply. We kindly ask that you do not bring any guests with you to your appointment unless they are scheduled to receive a treatment as well. For the safety your child, other clients in the building, and for your enjoyment, we ask that you do not bring your child or that they be accompanied by another adult while you receive your service. We are unable to supervise your little ones as the priority is to complete your service.
