Studio Policies
By booking a service with Skin Image Studio, you are agreeing to abide by the studio's policies. Failure to abide by the studio's policies will prevent you from booking future appointments with the studio.
| Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and reschedules made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time are considered late cancellations and will result in a charge of 50% of your booked service.
Last minute cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will be charged 100% of the booked service. Please call or text to notify for any rescheduling needs.

No-call no-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the original booked service price. This amount cannot be applied toward any future services. ​

You will not be able to book your next appointment until the cancellation/no-show fee is paid in full. All charges will be applied to the card placed on file at the time of booking. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid.

A client with 3 or more late cancellations within the span of 6 months will be terminated from booking future appointments at Skin Image Studio.
​
Any deposits made for virtual or in person appointments are non- refundable.
Fees cannot be applied toward any future services as it is compensation for the time originally reserved on the schedule.

Rescheduling Policy
​
To ensure fairness to all our valued clients and maintain the efficiency of our service schedule, we strictly enforce the following policy regarding rescheduling and cancellations.
Our appointment times are reserved specifically for you. When an appointment is scheduled, that time slot is immediately blocked off and secured, preventing other clients from booking that day and time. Excessive rescheduling directly impacts our ability to service other clients who wish to book.

Rescheduling Before the 48-Hour Mark

Allowed Timeframe: Clients are permitted to reschedule an appointment without penalty if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

2. Rescheduling Limit

Maximum Reschedules: To ensure committed booking, once an initial appointment is made, clients are limited to a maximum of three (3) reschedules for that specific service.

The Impact of Exceeding the Limit: If a client requests to reschedule a fourth (4th) time, the appointment will be treated as a Cancellation, and the client will be subject to the cancellation fee outlined in our separate Cancellation Policy. Any deposit or prepayment made for the service will be forfeited.

| Late Policy
Please call, text, or email us to notify us in the event that you are running late.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment if the majority of your service can not be completed within the allotted time. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 100% of the missed service.
If your service is still able to be completed, your treatment time will be shortened and we will complete as much as the service possible with the time remaining. The full price of all original booked service(s) still apply.
| Children & Guests At Your Appointment
We kindly ask that you do not bring any guests with you to your appointment unless they are scheduled to receive a treatment as well.
For the safety your child, other clients in the building, and for your enjoyment, we ask that you do not bring your child or that they be accompanied by another adult while you receive your service. We are unable to supervise your little ones as the priority is to complete your service.
|Credit Card Authorization & Keeping Cards on File
All clients must have a current and active credit card on file at all times or risk any future appointments being cancelled without notice.

Credit card payments will only be processed for missed, late, or no show appointment fees without notice.
​
Failure to have an active card on file will result in cancellation of any future appointments in addition to a suspension in booking any future appointments until a new card is presented and payment is collected.

Product Return/Exchange Policy
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased in office or online from Skin Image Studio.

In the event of a proven reaction (established clients only), please email skinimagestudio@gmail.com 5 days of purchase to discuss options with Krys.​
​
Returns of Glymed products purchased through separate online website links fall under the return policies of their website, as they are separate entities from Skin Image Studio. Those websites should be contacted in the case of receiving a damaged product or returns.
