Works within the deeper layers of the skin to address more advanced concerns of aging, pigmentation, acne, scarring, wrinkles, etc. A customized peel will be selected to target your concerns. Clients may experience anywhere from mild to moderate peeling/flaking of the skin over the course of 5-7 days. A series of 3-6 peels combined with proper home care is typically necessary to correct concerns. ​ A custom peel will be selected for your skin and concerns. *All Chemical Peels require proper skin preparation prior to treatment. Home care, both pre- and post-peel, play a major factor in achieving the best results from treatment. General contraindications for a receiving a Chemical Peel are: Accutane, chemotherapy, discontinuing any retinol products 72 hours prior to treatment, and avoiding sun and heat. Two of the six peels offered at Skin Image are NOT pregnancy safe. Please disclose information in regards to pregnancy and breastfeeding, with your Esthetician prior to booking. Client Consent Form must be completed prior to treatment.
