Skin Image is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered. 

 

Skin Image is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

 

Skin Image is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.
